My leadership experience spans  commercial, charity and education sectors and includes national and international organisations such as IKEA and the RNLI, alongside respected local organisations such as Lighthouse, Poole’s Centre for the arts and Bryanston School, a leading Independent Boarding School.

This breadth gives me perspective and a practical understanding of how governance, culture and performance intersect in different environments.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, I am a trained Executive Coach and Mentor, Chair of Age UK Bournemouth, Poole & East Dorset, and a Trustee of Lighthouse Poole, a National Portfolio Arts Organisation.

Leaders work with me because I am comfortable operating at board and executive level, but equally grounded in the operational realities organisations face.

I balance financial discipline with people insight. I understand that decisions about structure, risk and accountability must stand up commercially, but also shape culture and reputation over time.

My approach is steady, human and direct. I will offer considered advice and I will also challenge where needed.
