In the absence of these standards and explicit ways of working, relationships encounter challenge and where there are no processes to address these they can cost time, money and reputation. 

Stour provides businesses with up to date policies, contracts and procedures for the key employment processes that ensure you meet legal standards. From there we can provide documents such as handbooks, management training and employee communications to help ensure everyone understands how  your business operates. 

Services Include:
 

  • Updating or creating the key suite of HR Policies required for employment.

  • Updating or creating employment contracts and providing a suite of Standard template employment documents

  • Developing processes to support policies, including Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Absence Management, Disciplinary and Grievance, Equality Diveristy and Inclusion, Dignity at work.

     

Investment
One off Projects typically start from £500 for 1 day.  Fixed fee agreed depending on complexity and breadth of work. Ongoing HR Advice starts from £175 per month. Where additional services are required, I am willing to review overall costs as a whole package of support.
